Hand and Upper Extremity Rehabilitation for the Active and the Sidelined
At Reach Beyond Therapy, you're more than a diagnosis. You're a climber protecting a pulley injury, a weekend warrior who just wants to get back to the gym, a musician who needs their hands, a parent who can't afford to slow down. You just happened upon a condition that's keeping you from what matters most — and we're here to help you get back to it, stronger than before.
Specialized Hand Therapy
What is hand therapy?
Hand therapy is a concentrated area within occupational and physical therapy that addresses injuries and conditions of the hand and upper extremities.
It aims to improve or restore hand and arm function, enabling individuals to perform daily tasks, work-related activities, and recreational pursuits.
Hand therapy helps individuals recover from fractures, dislocations, tendon and nerve injuries, burns, and crush injuries. We also manage conditions like arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, Dupuytren's contracture, and other conditions that affect hand and upper limb function. Lastly, hand therapy plays a crucial role in rehabilitation after hand or upper limb surgeries.
We Speak Climber
Pulley injuries, epicondylitis, TFCC injuries, finger swelling — we treat the conditions that keep climbers off the wall, with a return-to-climbing framework built around your specific demands. Whether you climb at Sender One, Touchstone, or the Post, you'll leave here with a better understanding of your injury and a plan that actually translates to getting back on the wall, not just treating the pain.

As a Physical Therapist for 9 years, I can confidently say that Jade is the best Hand Therapist that I have had the pleasure of working with. She is extremely knowledgeable about the human hand and does her best to ensure that her patients are aware of what the root cause of the problem is, and works to correct the issue. I would highly recommend her.
