Claim OfferWhile we do not participate as in-network providers, we do courtesy insurance verification checks to see if — and what — your out-of-network benefits will cover. You have two options:

At the end of your session, we provide a detailed receipt including insurance billing codes (a superbill) that you may submit to your PPO insurance for potential reimbursement. Please note — a prescription from your doctor may be required depending on your policy.
Option 2
Prefer a hands-off approach? You can elect for courtesy billing, where we submit your insurance claims on your behalf — so you can focus on your recovery instead of paperwork.
