About RBT

Reach Beyond Therapy was founded with a simple but powerful philosophy:
Hands are more than just tools—they’re how you work, connect, and live.
Our beginning mission was to bring expert hand therapy directly to those who needed it most—whether recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or healing after injury—in the comfort of their own space. We recognized that for many, leaving home wasn't always easy or ideal. So we began by offering in-home therapy tailored to meet each client right where they were—physically and emotionally.

Since then, Reach Beyond Therapy has grown into a practice that offers both in-home and in-office services while holding onto what matters most: one-on-one care, clinical excellence, and a true commitment to progress.

Our hands are more than just functional tools—they’re our connection to independence, creativity, work, and loved ones. Whether you're striving to return to your job, your hobbies, or simply pain-free daily life, our mission is to help you rebuild strength, restore mobility, and reclaim your resilience.

We believe real healing happens when therapy goes beyond the surface—when it’s personal, purposeful, and rooted in trust. At Reach Beyond Therapy, we don’t just treat the injury. We walk with you every step of the way, helping you reach beyond limitations and back to what you love.

Meet Jade

Jade is a certified hand therapist (CHT) with over a decade of experience helping active individuals get back to doing what they love. Originally from Honolulu, HI, she earned her OT degree from Boston University in 2014 and has since built a practice rooted in expertise, movement, and recovery.

Her path into hand therapy started on the climbing wall, when a friend asked for help with a finger injury. That simple conversation sparked a passion for upper extremity rehab that’s only deepened with time. Today, Jade blends clinical knowledge with personal insight from her own training in climbing, triathlon, and functional fitness.

Jade works especially well with those who take an active role in their health—people who are driven, goal-oriented, and prefer results over quick fixes.

As Treasurer of the Hand Therapy Society of Greater Los Angeles, former speaker at Cedars-Sinai Hand Symposium, and member of the American Society of Hand Therapists, she commits herself to best practices and the importance of connection not only with the local community, but also with her fellow hand therapists.
